Do you offer teletherapy?
Yes! I have acquired years of experience offering services virtually and pride myself on making therapy engaging and user-friendly. Services are offered telehealth. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
Where are you located?
I am located in the Greater Boston area in Massachusetts. I am currently licensed to practice in Massachusetts and California.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, Spanish, Japanese, and CHamoru, and I am currently expanding my conversational competence in Haitian Creole.
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently only accepting private pay clients; however, I am in the process of enrolling in a variety of networks to accept different insurance providers.
How much do sessions cost?

Do you provide evaluations or just therapy?
I offer both evaluations and individualized treatment plans. Each therapy plan is tailored to the client's unique strengths and needs.
What happens in a typical session?
Sessions are personalized and goal-driven. I strive to provide care that engages and empowers my clients, so I begin each session by checking in and sharing the plan. Structured therapy tasks may include (but are not limited to) games, visuals, digital tools, education, and evidence-based strategies to engage clients and support progress — while keeping it fun and functional.
